... today ... she's feeling good and is able to walk around the house again.  Not up to go outside at this point but still, this is major progress.  She's not in pain.

Still backlogged with photo retouching but slowly catching up on photo shoots I've done in early July.

I had to pleasure to work with Hollywood Starlet ... A dedicated, enthusiastic young model from Maryland hard working in Los Angeles on a movie and commercial career.

Starlet has a good head on her shoulders and is determined to make it just like her top inspirations Halle Berry and Denzel Washington.

Working a customer crisis, standard stuff for the last day of the week.  All is cool, what else is new ...l

Retouched some images a couple of days ago for the print portfolio of Nicole from a shoot at Lu Wedge's Studio #405 in Los Angeles.  Make up and hair by Jessica Zweig.  Images are cropped for a 9 x 12" portfolio, pretty much standard print portfolio size for models.

Feeling a lot better, my body is returning to normal, emergency room visit didn't shot any signs or cardiac enzymes ... just a major anxiety adrenaline overdose ... weird what emotional upset can do to you.

Worked a couple of hot issues at work, nothing major but it shows once more that proper project management of large engineering projects remains a difficult thing to do regardless of how dedicated the team is.

It feels so good to have friends take you out for lunch ...

*   *   *

Finished some more retouches of the shoot with Sarah Ellis and her "virgin model" friend Rachel ... lol ... I still think fondly about this shoot and all the new friendships this brought ... there were a lot of "first's" happening that day ...  all brought good things ...

Although this was Rachel's first shoot ever, the deep friendship between these two models showed through and resulted in an interaction that would be difficult to achieve by any other means.  I was my privilege to capture this.  

It is once more not about the posing but again about the connection.  Make up by Lauren Warner.
